GCSE Exam Success 2024
The Stonehenge School is immensely proud of the achievements of our Year 11 cohort and our dedicated staff. Despite the significant challenges and disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic at the start of their Secondary education, our students have demonstrated remarkable resilience, and their success is a testament to their hard work and determination. Their ability to overcome these obstacles and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere throughout their exams deserves special recognition.
This year’s results include some incredibly strong performances in Maths, Science, and English, and reflect the strength and commitment of our students, providing them with the grades needed to move confidently into the next phase of their education. Exceptional performances were also seen in The Arts, including Art, Drama, and Music, as well as in specialized subjects like Philosophy & Ethics, Sports, Hospitality and Catering, and Engineering.
While we are proud of all our students, certain individuals stand out for their outstanding achievements across their subjects. We would like to give special recognition to Dylan Smith, Millie Cruse, Kamil Gryzmykowski, Adam Ward, and Grace Perryman for achieving the highest grades.
Our core ethos of helping pupils to ‘Strive for Excellence and exceed expectations’ is reflected in the significant progress made by many of our students.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our teaching staff, who have worked tirelessly to support our pupils. Their dedication has ensured that our students achieved the grades they deserve, paving the way for their future success. This year’s results also highlight the critical impact of regular attendance on student achievement, demonstrating that consistent engagement with education can lead to remarkable outcomes
