Our Year 9 ambassadors were invited to Amesbury Town Council’s time capsule ceremony on Thursday 11th July. The last capsule from 10 years ago was unearthed and the content explored, before a new capsule was placed into the ground ready for unveiling in 2025.
The theme for contents was ‘community’ so the school included information about its work in the local community to support Alabare through The big Sleep and its work as part of the Global community to support the Assuon foundation in the building of a school library in Ghana.
We then also included pictures from the recent opening ceremony of the new building, attended by HRH Princess Anne, plus the plans for Phase 2 so that we can see what the school campus looks like in 25 years’ time.
